I want to start off by saying I am a huge Simone St. James fan, but will not let my love of her books bias my review. Having said that this one is another one of her books to add to your reading list.
I thoroughly enjoyed the way it was written. Moving between two time periods with such ease you never found yourself lost or confused. And the haunting and scary parts, well lets just say be prepared to read this with the lights on. It’s a great thriller, mystery, girl detective story wrapped all in one. 4 out of 5 stars for me.
